Elbe Philharmonic Hall

PRIVATE GUIDED TOUR, 1 H (7 - 24 PAX PER GROUP)

The guided tour to the Elbe Philharmonic Hall starts with a walk of about 500 meters along the harbor edge. We dive into the atmosphere of the harbor and roam the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Speicherstadt", the largest warehouse complex of the world.

At the Elbe Philharmonic Hall, we'll introduce you to everything you need to know about Hamburg's new landmark:

  • the architecture, building history and financing
  • the structure of parking garage, hotel and apartments
  • the engineering solutions for the "Tube" (curved escalator), glass facade and pedestal
  • the security concept
  • the concept of orientation and lighting design, lights and lamps
  • the secrets of the concert halls, their acoustics and the current program.

Finally, we enjoy the panoramic view from the outdoor plaza. We show and explain the city and its "gateway to the world", the harbor, from above.

The usual meeting point: Subway station Baumwall/ Elbphilharmonie, line U3, exit Kehrwiederspitze in front of the kiosk (Back Shop), 20459 Hamburg.

We also like to do this tour in other world languages.
